First time going to prisma and all staff was amazing. Even when we went to the wrong place the lady over at the hospitals front desk was so nice explaining where to go. The only downfall was parking. We rode around in the parking lot for a good twenty minutes trying to find a parking spot.

The check-in process was a little awkward. The person helping us isn't the person who normally does such so it took her a min to find the paperwork. Then she handed me paperwork in Spanish. It was a weird way to start our partnership in treating our child. Also, the doctor was very caring and helpful but I felt he stared at me WAY more than my wife. She didn't complain, but I wanted her to feel equally respected and recognized.

The Prisma physicians, in general, need to have a better understanding of chronic Lyme disease and its symptoms. Two Prisma doctors, at this point, have negated symptoms of Lyme disease despite outside labs showing the disease. The CDC guidelines are antiquated. I would encourage Prisma to seek hiring Functional Medicine physicians who have an understanding of chronic Lyme disease, so you can care for patients fully and adequately.

I think I answered the bias question wrong, but I think they did a very great job with the color of my child. I think they didn't see color, and I think they treated my child very respectfully. And they did an excellent job with her care.

Hello, I would desire more time with the doctor and other options that may help in getting a very good result for my son's care.
