I would like to have been given instructions on what to do or what not to do exactly given my injury

I sometimes find it very hard that you always have to go to your clinical team to get an appointment or find out anything about something that you want to talk to the doctor about. I guess this is just your procedure, but it's impossible to talk to your doctor unless you come to an appointment. And I don't think this is a very good idea, and that's just fine for me. Thank you.

This doctor left me confused. Instead of doing his job he had me self diagnose, and then pass to general surgeon.

This was such a pleasant experience for my sister and me. Everyone with whom we interacted was professional, personable and compassionate. Russell was actually seeing my sister for a back problem, but she fell on Thanksgiving and broke her shoulder. He consulted with another practitioner on the shoulder X-ray and confirmed the current treatment was appropriate. We were fitted for another, simpler sling, which is working out much better. Office will call us to schedule an appointment to check shoulder. Back issue is on hold for now but feel confident the shoulder will be improving and hope the back issue will stay at bay for now. My sister commented that every member of the staff had a smile on their face. After the terrible fall over the holiday, we were very happy to have a such an extraordinary experience with this office. The only improvement that could be made is the ability to get an earlier appointment, but the office stays so very busy. This is a good sign that patients are comfortable being treated there.

Russell McMurry was extremely dismissive. He also knew nothing about what was in my chart. He didn't examine me and didn't help me at all. I felt really confused leaving there and still don't understand what that appointment was all about.

After reading the results from the X-ray and MRI it was to techincal yo understand. It would be helpful if someone could break it down in layman terms for those of us not in the medical field.

During my follow up visit, I was very pleased with the results of my injury report. I will be back in five months.

Im not certain the office was particularly prepared as the reasonsms for the visit seemed unknown. As this was orthopedic I assumed that I was going to have all of my orthopedic concerns address related to MVA. I was called day before to state only mt back would be addressed despite my comments in the appointment request. Was told they would need to refer to another specialist. This still was not done and I am left not knowing next steps and needing treatment asap.

The physician assistant was very rude, had horrible bedside manners. He clearly did not even review the scans provided since, I had already been told by 3 different offices what they showed, yet he said that there was minimal shown. He seemed to be accusing me of just wanting more pain meds even after I told him several times that I wanted to be fixed so I could be off of all pain meds. He would not accommodate me calling my girlfriend so she could be apart of my visit due to my memory loss all he keep saying was he was to busy for any of that yet I had a set appointment with ample amount of time for me to make a call that I had already gotten prior authorization from office staff before my visit. I will not return to this office nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any doctor's office and I have been to many in my life. I will be filling a formal complaint on this assistant due to the treatment I received. It would have been nice to have been seen by the real doctor instead of being pushed off onto an assistant.

One on your customer service staff for answering service staff was very condescending no one instructed me as a person that's new to the area or a person that's not completely familiar with the area where the location was and the provider did not listen as this has been an ongoing situation for 20 plus years without someone listening to the details of what I'm dealing and suffering with and the provider was not or did not relay to me that they would gather previous records to make a better assessment of my situation

I would have really liked a breakdown on what was shown on my mri's, despite being told that the issues weren't likely the cause of my pain. I read my test results and saw there are several areas of concern. I had to Google what a hemangioma was and to a regular person, a "tumor" is very worrying. But when I brought it up, he showed me on the mri and just said "thats nothing" without providing an explanation on that or what else is going on in my spine.

I DO NOT like seeing PA's!!! When I have a DOC'TOR'S appointment, I want to see a DOCTOR!!! While that was one of the nicest, friendliest offices I've ever been in, I was still uncomfortable not seeing a DOCTOR.

I am thoroughly happy with the service I received. Dr M showed interest in my problem, asked the right questions and explained everything I needed to know and then some!

You clearly are a step above when it comes to patient care just keep doing what you are doing.

The provider did not even mention that he was calling in Baclofen for me or even discuss with me about taking this medication. I have not been on this medication while coming to this practice. Very poor communication.
