Everything was fine. I have no complaints.

My care was perfect.

I felt like the most important patient by Dr. Henriques. She has this affect on all of her patients. She respects and I trust her wholeheartedly.

Everything was amazing. I have no complaints about Sara and her office. It was a very pleasant experience. The office was clean. The receptionist was helpful and the nurse was very helpful too.

Nothing, the whole team was great every time I had a visit, shouldn't change a thing, the atmosphere is peaceful, I could sit all day and wouldn't mind, of course if snacks included ? thanks for your service Team Henriques....

No way to improve. Dr Henquires is the absolute best and I am going to miss her when she leaves but I wish her all good things in life. She has found alot of my issues that other doctors have never even cared or checked . She is wonderful

Allow continued care at Parkridge would have been appreciated and supportive. Having to loose a fabulous MD and then being forced to chose another location for care is quite discerning.

The pharmacist said l could get more Lidocaine refill if Dr Sara would call my insurance company,, l know Dr Sara sent me in another prescription for Lidocaine , l don't know why the pharmacist would not just go ahead and fill the new prescription ...

I received total respect for myself and my care. I was allowed to express ANY concerns during my visit and to call or use the MyChart app for any other questions. Dr. Henriques expressed concern about my vocalizing that I knew that I did not follow the care plan in place to better control my HgA1C. She reviewed the consequences of non-compliance. She knows I am a retired nurse and that she wants the best outcome for me. Since my HgA1C is 8.9, I will put forth a better effort to get it down. The prescribed meds work when I am compliant. Through her, my blood pressure remains controlled.

No improvement necessary. Everyone was great as usual. So sorry to learn that Dr. Henriques is leaving the practice. I do think very highly of her.

There were something's that I felt could have been done. A better relationship with my primary doctor

Dr. Henriques is a great physician. I feel that she took great care of me. She never rushed through my visits with her. I am so sorry to see her leave.

I have no concerns everyone who played a part in my visit was nice courteous and respectful to my needs and answered my questions awesome team

I can't think of any better quality of service or care that this specific care team could have provided.

Labs need to stat. So patient can be treated for abnormal results.

Excellent experience. This was the best primary care visit I ever experienced. So happy Dr Henriques is my new primary care physician. Doctor knew my history, answered my questions and developed a plan. Also the CNA was friendly. He put me at ease and I felt welcomed. Great office every person was so kind.

I was given the utmost attention when I called to say my bus did not show up to my stop and would make me late. When I called to tell receptionist my situation, she promptly got in touch with Dr .Henriques who told me to come on to my appointment.

I would like to leave positive feedback on Dr. Henriques: Dr. Sara Henriques is thorough and knowledgeable. She is an active listener and provides nonjudgmental feedback and medical care. Her communication skills both in office and on patient portal are superb. She is the best doctor I have ever had.
