Get a new nurse that draws the blood we have gone 3 times in that department to get blood draw and the same lady for 3 times is just the rudest lady ever. To work in the children's department I would think u should have some kindness this lady not at all. Extremely rude heard her complaining that she had another blood draw before calling my child's name. Then my child had to give a urine sample my child came out of the bathroom in to her room she looks at my daughter and says can u wrap that in a papertowel my daughter had to go back to the bathroom get a papertowel and take it back. I know everyone has a bad day but this is the 3rd time she has just been mean. She is just not a nice person at all she is someone that probably shouldn't work in a children's department.
