MaleAbout Seth Fleming Patterson
Dr Patterson is a physician at the Center for Family Medicine-Greer and the program director of the Prisma Health Greer Family Medicine Residency Program. He is originally from Laurens, SC and received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. He completed his residency at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas and was on the faculty of the Valley Baptist Family Practice Residency Program for twelve years. He returned to the Upstate in 2017 to start the Prisma Health Greer Family Medicine Residency.
Dr. Patterson enjoys caring for patients of all ages in both the office and hospital setting. His interest are in community medicine, preventative health, chronic disease management, geriatric medicine, and quality improvement. He has a passion for teaching medical students and residents. His goal is to improve the health of his patients while also training the next generation of physicians.

Dr Patterson is literally the best PCP. I have raised special needs children my entire life. So when my health started falling apart he was very quick to react. As a parent I tend yo put my kids needs first. He really stresses the importance of me being healthy to which I love.

Nothing. I trust Dr. Patterson and believe he has helped me in many ways since I began seeing him under 2 years ago. He listens and is compassionate, caring and empathetic. He is awesome. I am so grateful for him.

My Doctor/Nurse did a very thorough job in understanding my medial questions and gave me great answers. Doctor made sure all my questions were answered in a simplistic mannering. Very good visit.
