Only complaint, but it's a big one, is not accepting cash payment for co-payment. Pretty ridiculous and inconvenient especially given that cash payment has always been an option in the past. Very disappointing. Please bring that option back.

Dr. Song is always thorough, knowledgeable, kind and I fully trust her decision making in caring for my kids. So glad she's our pediatrician. Her nurse is always kind as well. They make a great team!
