Dr. Burgess is a present, engaged, and through provider. I am very grateful that she partners with me in my care. Although the front end team are not rude, they are disengaged and do not represent Prisma or Dr. Burgess with the consideration that patients expect. It is the little things that are lacking like a smile, eye-contact, explanation of care, and general connection. The practice experience would've very different with it.

First, I had a med-student talk with me. That was fine but then I waited about an hour before the doctor came in to talk with me. I am not sure if it was because of the med-student or not, but it was a long wait.

I've been seeing Dr Burgess for over 10 years! She's an amazing provider and I am so thankful that I am under her care. She makes me fell like I am her only patient, she is direct and to the point but in a loving and caring way. She truly ONLY WANTS WHAT'S BEST for her patients.

It was a great visit - no notes. My doctor listened to me and took my concerns seriously. She seemed extremely knowledgeable and was compassionate. I really trusted her. My symptoms are kind of random, so I was concerned they'd be minimized and I wouldn't feel heard, but she listened and took her time but was still efficient. 10/10
