Nothing. Dr. Ray was wonderful. I never felt rushed or not listened to. She took her time to explain the surgery to me. And answer any questions I had. It was a pleasure to have a very competent doctor.

Could have let me know what action(s) to take if there was any severe pain that developed post visit.

To be honest, I cannot think of anything that could have any better.

I wish I could offer you suggestions, but to be honest, everything was perfect. I was treated and advised and I was really impressed with how clean and efficient this particular facility was I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend it, and Dr. Shea was remarkable.

Nothing. Visit was the best medical visit I've had in a long time!

My 9am appointment started 45 minutes late and no explanation was given. You could schedule more accurately to avoid such a long wait time. I was surprised things were so late at 9 am. Also, if someone is waiting in an exam room for so long, someone should be checking in with an update. I haven't had enough experience with your office to answer the next question.

For scheduling appointment, have an option to be scene within 24 hours. Had to wait a week for first available appointment.

Overall They did a great job. Only problem was not following thru to call in my prescription for after surgery pain management . Still waiting for that

All providers were wonderful to work with. Answered all my questions and thought of everything that was relevant to my finger surgery! Excellent staff at both Hand Center and Surgery Center.

Honestly nothing , I have what I anticipate to be chronic Tendonitis . This was my second visit to receive a cortisone injection. At each visit each of my options for treatment for explained in detail.
