I have been seeing my doctor for several years now and have found her and her staff exactly what I was searching for. Very satisfied with the nurses, they talk with me and that makes me comfortable at the visit

Dr. Gervacio was amazing

I was taken well care of during my visit with Dr. Gervacio. I feel comfortable being an patient of hers.

I did the e-check in at home and arrived for my appointment approximately 12 minutes early and didn't see my doctor until approximately 11:45, my appointment was for 11:00. If we are asked to arrive 15 minutes, we should be seen by the doctor closer to the appointment time. I did ask my doctor if they were backed up or busy and she said yes and apologized. I had to remind the nurse who came to take my vital signs to sanitize her hands. The instruments that are used should be wiped with a alcohol swab, such as the stethoscope before it is used on each patient; the stethoscope was placed on my neck and I did not see it sanitized. Thank you for making these improvements.

There is nothing that could have been done better! This was the most confident we have felt with an appointment for our baby. Thank you to the team for being so thoughtful, caring, and professional!

Nothing. I have health Care working experience so I knew what to ask and request while I was there.

Although my visit went very well, I would really appreciate it if all nurses and doctors wash and sanitize their hands before examining their patients as well as sanitizing the instruments being used. I hope they will make this a necessary habit and that Prisma will enforce it. Thank you!

The experience was professional and warm.

I had a large lump at the injection site (which is getting better) and bad bruise after blood was drawn. This has never happened to me before and makes me wary of having blood taken the next time.
