Everything went well. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

One, being that I was referred from the hospital, you could have looked up my hospital files to see exactly what I had been seen and admitted for at least three times within the past year. And two, you could have been a little more thorough. I just felt like I was being rushed in and out and I didn't have time to ask the questions I needed to ask, or that the staff was really interested in hearing what was going on. The questions were asked. I can't say the questions weren't asked, but I didn't get a sense of the physician or the student that was in the room with us really cared what I had to say.

Dr. Patel is great. The nurse and staff members working there are also nice and respectful. I had a good experience.

Everything was done exactly as I needed. When I had a lingering asthmatic cough that persisted a couple of weeks after recovering from an illness, communication with Nurse Reagan was perfect, and I was able to get an appointment to see Dr. Patel right away. His recommended treatment has already significantly improved the lingering cough. Thank you all so much!

Dr. Patel and staff were excellent, knowledgeable, and professional. They could not have provided any better care.

Maybe a nurse could clean the marks off that is marked on the patients back before they leave the room. Its hard to do by yourself and sometimes you may not have someone at home who can help clean yelp our back for you. My husband is not able to help me as he is on oxygen and he shakes very badly. Anyway, I would love to see if you would please consider this change in your practice in the future.

It took me 2 1/2 years to get this appointment. Because the other three immunologist that were referred to my case just ignored me and ironically, this is the same one that I went to four years ago that told me I don't have allergies when I suffer from them with food all the time

There was a mistake that occurred during my check in and I waited over 45 mins before I decided to request how much longer is the wait? It was remedied right away. A sign in the waiting room stating if your wait is greater than 15 mins (?) then please approach the desk for an update on the wait time.

I cannot believe how exceptional this visit was. The lady that checked me in and out was absolutely precious and so sweet. This is how a patient should be greeted. The doctor was so informative and so eager to answer all my questions. He never seemed rushed and was so compassionate about taking care of me. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The only thing that I could say is that I asked for a spacer for my inhaler, a chamber thing, and I did not get it, but it might have just been an oversight, and I've got the call back, and I asked, but everything else was great. Thank you.
