All was good.

I wish that Dr. Holmes had recognized me and been more familiar with me and my history there at his practice than he seemed to. He's very friendly. I'm very fond of him. I trust him. I trust him immensely. He gave me very painful injections the most professional and gentle and caring way that it can be done. And I do respect him. I just wish he appeared to know me better. That's it.

No suggestions for improvements. Dr. Silas is very kind and extremely attentive. He seeks input and reframes the patient's responses to ensure understanding. He gives options and sites reasons for each option given.

I would have preferred to get more direction on what can I do rather than just waiting in terms of what are the other therapeutic options which are available for me while I'm waiting to decide whether I want to go for a surgery or not. I think that type of feedback would have been beneficial. Also, referral to a physical therapist or a sport therapist would have been helpful to improve on the symptoms rather than just being offered a pain killer. So I think that is where the provider can improve. Thank you.

The process was convenient and easy everyone at the facility was courteous. I can't think of any improvements which are required at this time.

Long wait time to be seen in the office. My appt was 3:20 and I waited well over over for the doctor.

The front staff person was very rude when I appeared early for my appointment. She sets the tone of my experience and I was not pleased with her attitude and demeanor.

My only complaint is that it always takes so long for the clinical notes to be completed and put into the system. My daughters PT needs them and so do I.

You could have told me I did not need knee replacement.

I was seen by the doctor 1 hour and 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, this has become common with my other Prisma doctors as well. On the plus side he did spend quality time with me.

When there is a delay with your appointment, please inform your patient that the doctor is running behind. Appt was 2:10, doctor came in at 3.

I was listening to a woman go to the check-in desk and double check that she wasn't skipped over for her appointment. The receptionist said she didn't have access to the doctor's appointments. So the patient pointed to the woman sitting right next to her and asked if she did. She shook her head yes. I thought the 2 receptionist was rude to her.

Make sure there's clear communication between the nurses and the doctors because I was supposed to get an x-ray before the doctor came in the room and I sat in there for about 20 minutes to 30 minutes. I now can't remember, but I know it was a very long time. And then the doctor came in and started examining me and I said, we still haven't done the x-rays yet. And he said, oh, hang on. So then he had to go get the nurse and she had to take me down there. So better communication between them. And that's all. Thank you.

Seen me on time. It was clear I was triple booked. I waited an hour for a thirty second appointment

My treatment was excellent

Respect our time. 20 minutes after appointment time was called back then another 10 before doctor came in. Was at the practice for a little over an hour. Saw the doctor for less than 10 minutes. You will cancel my appointment if I am 15 minutes late with no respect to me but yet you can be over the 15 minutes and I have to accept as a normal thing. This isn't the first time this has happened. Have been to see the doctor 3 times and it has happened all 3 times. Very frustrating

The trust and respect was excellent. I couldn't asked for a better care team. Dr. Holmes is a very caring and knowledgeable and includes me in making decisions about my care.

I waited 1 hour 15 minutes before I was called to the back. When I got in the examine room, the doctor acted like he was insensitive to the pain I was in. He never offer me any relief for the pain. I felt as if he didn't Care.

An amazing Dr and care team that has helped listened and gave me my much needed procedure to give me my life back to enjoy it. I'm forever grateful and can't speak enough of how much I appreciate Dr. Holmes.

There was no one at the front desk and no sign inside the lobby to tell what POD to go to for which provider. This would have been helpful since I had never been in that building before. I had to wander around until I found someone to ask in one of the pods.

Better explanation of injury and surgical procedure

Wait time !! Appointment was at 3:20pm, more than 30min wait in front lobby and another 20 min in the room. Cut the wait time which will help it communicate that it will take take time.

The only thing that I recommend is putting foot stools in the waiting room to elevate your leg since most patients have had surgery.

Names on the doors

It would have been good to have a call from the office after my surgery the next day. I usually get that. I get that from the vet to see how my cat's doing. So that would have been a good idea. Thank you.

Having to wait almost 40 minutes after appointment time to see doctor is not acceptable. We waited for 30 minutes in the waiting room after appointment time before being called back.

Dr. Holmes and office staff are excellent. Precise and knowledgeable. Dr. Holmes is an extraordinary surgeon and a fine human being, kind and delightful.

The x ray tech was not very pleasant she seemed to loose her patients with me when I wasn't able to get my arm in the proper position. Everyone else there including Dr Holmes are wonderful. He listens and makes me feel very comfortable.

I've seen this provider for nearly 10 years. I trust him implicitly.

Overall, the visit was handled courteously and efficiently.

During each of my office visits, I arrived and checked in early. In each case, except one, I was not called back to an examination room until after my scheduled visit. Yesterday I arrived 10 to 15 minutes early. I counted 8 persons that came in after me that were called back. I asked the receptionist and she indicated she'd check. She never indicated what the issue was. Two additional persons were called back before I was called back. It's not clear how triaging takes place. My appointment was my 4 month post surgery evaluation and was a very short visit once I was placed in an examination room.

I don't understand why doctors, in general, don't keep up with how things are going with the PT and patient. You leave the doctor's office and that's it, and there's a disconnect between the two. Maybe that's all the doctor is supposed to do. But if I ask the doctor what are the percentages that I'm back to normal after a surgery and if they shoot out a number, it can't possibly be accurate.

This has been a wonderful experience. We will definitely return to the Prisma system for orthopedic care despite the hour drive from our hometown to get there. Thank you!

After I left the office, I immediately called right back to ask a follow-up question. And the lady that answered the phone and apparently somebody sitting next to her, after I asked the question, they proceeded to laugh at me and my question the whole time until I hung up.

I can't think of anything everyone treated me with respect and dignity. The facility was clean. Everything was explained where I could understand it and the plan of treatment and what was next.
