The staff, doctors and nurses all do an amazing job with support and have earned my trust fully with my child's care.

The experience with Dr Rao was good. He has excellent bedside manner and listens to his patients and their parents. He generally seems concerned about the patient's welfare and laid out the suggested treatment options. Dr Rao took time to explain the risks and benefits of the procedure. He also answered our questions.

I think that's about the second time that I've been to that practice and they forgot to check me in, even though I went to the front desk and I had to wait. Or maybe just the last time, the wait time was forever. But this time, I literally saw people come in who checked in after me. I had to tell someone or someone had to come and ask me what was going on. But yes, the front desk did not check me in. even though we verbally spoke and I did what I was supposed to.

When they're doing an echocardiogram on a child, I think they should talk to them and explain what's going on, what they're looking at, just so they understand.

None, everything was perfect!

Understanding that everyone can have an off day at work this is a suggestion. Remind the Healthcare person that calls you back for vitals before the doctor comes in to try to convey less of an I am tired or just do not want to be here today demeanor.
