There is no way our experience was amazing.

The provider, as in the doctor who came in to speak with me and my son, he could have been a lot more respectful. He could have had a much better bedside manner. Instead, he mostly told me that I didn't need to bring my son there and that I was pretty much wasting his time. However, the nurse that was with him was very kind, listened, and even tried to, you know, not make light of what the doctor was doing, but she could tell the look on my face was not pleasing at all, so she tried to accommodate my son and myself as best she could. But the whole ordeal was very uncomfortable. And I did not appreciate the doctor making us feel like we didn't need to be there and that we were wasting his time. Basically, he was just very rude.
