A more personalized scheduling process.

My appt was with Dr Pill and I got another doctor. Dr Pill was a friend of the doctor in Hendersonville that operated on my shoulder. I was told to see him rather than drive an hour to HVL. I would be happier if I actually saw who my appt was with instead of someone I didn't know or knew of his credentials.

I really appreciate the care of all the physicians and staff and nurses at prisma. I am certainly better off now than I was before I came and very thankful.

The appointment went very well. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

I don't believe the staff thoroughly reviews my chart to see what was discussed in prior appointments. Two visits ago they were not aware I had one PRP injections already. We discussed surgery or another PRP injection. We decided to try another PRP injection. The Dr said there was very good evidence it would help my condition. If not another MRI could be ordered and possible surgery. In my last visit I informed the doctor the PRP didn't help. Unlike before, this time I was told there is not good evidence PRP would help my condition. Doctor offered another cortisone shot which I wanted since there didn't seem to be any other alternative now. We did discuss what happens during surgery but that didn't seem to be an option. I don't know what to do now since I have no follow up appointments or what to expect.

It was supposed to be a post op visit with the surgeon/PT suture removal visit. I was told that the physician was seeing another patient and instead sent over the nurse practitioner. No one closed the door to the room for the visit.

Offered services or devices that would have helped me heal faster..ie... TENS machine. Dr Pill is awesome. I felt like PT should have been included and not an option.

The visit went well. While I enjoyed the time with staff and physician, I do think it would be helpful to new patients to have some material to give about any surgery you may have to have and the process/preparation for preop and what to expect. Overall, Dr. Pill and his staff were great.

We've always been very pleased with all aspects of our care at Steadman Hawkins Clinic. we're there so often, that we feel like we should get miles, lol!

I must hit the wrong button because they're all from there. I enjoy all the doctors and nurses.

When you're telling someone they need a major joint replacement such as a shoulder as they told me I did they told me after scheduling the surgery people would tell me the process how to take a bath have to deal with my pain levels, and all of that after I had agreed to the surgery, that's not fair. Your doctors should be able to tell me what to expect. What medication will be available to me for pain and things of that nature just was not very happy with that outcome.

There is nothing that could have gone better. Dr. Pill has treated my wife and therefore I felt comfortable trusting him to take care of my needs. Staff also was ready to respond to my needs and questions.

Went to the 333 S. Pine St. location. Good experience all around. TY.

Doctor kept looking at his watch and seemed to be in a hurry to leave. We had to stop him to be able to ask questions.

For my medical situation I think it could have been done with a zoom call and reviewed the MRI during the call.

I only saw the intern I needed to see Dr Pill and the intern did not write all my symptoms or problems I was having with my arm or shoulder. The appointment was for my annual review for Worker's Comp. so I will have to have Dr Pill report my symptoms.

I had to wait 6-7 weeks to see Dr. Pill but it was workman comp who really dragged their feet. I was really impressed with my visit there

Stop sending emails asking if I am there, when I had already checked in at the desk for my appointment. I do not check emails while I am sitting waiting to be called to the back. It was an hour later before they realized I was there and then took me back. I saw the emails later that evening. I was there at 1:05pm for my 1:15 appt. and was called back at 2pm. I noticed my appt was then changed to 2 pm in MyChart.

X-ray person never lets you dress after x-rays and walks you through the building feeling naked. Past other patients and all of staff. It happened doing x-ray of hip on a previous visit, this time it happened with a shoulder x-ray. I wasn't given an opportunity either time to re-dress. This needs to be addressed with staff as it is mortifying to some people.

I had no problem. everything was fine. Always been treated well when I have office visits.

There was a lady in a different clinic o level 2. I had gotten confused about where drs ofc was and she came to me to show my way. I have a lung problem and was sob so probably part of my confusion. With her help I was greatly helped by her. I can't remember her name but she was a short, little stocky, medium blackish/brown, very sweet and kind. She was a star helper. Thank goodness she was there to help.

I was from beginning to end extremely pleased. I felt fortunate becoming Dr Pill's patient. Really confident I was in the presence of a knowledgeable skilled surgeon and kind man.

Everything was great. Dr. Pill explained in detail some of what I already knew but more I had no idea about. ? Dr. Pill was recommended by someone he had performed surgery on so I feel confident he will do a good job. My shoulder is literally shot. I will be glad when I can use it like normal again. This surgery has been needed for way too many years. I understand it is going to be a long process but I'm up for the challenge. I can not say that I am looking forward to the surgery but I can say I am ready for the surgery.

I can't think of anything. Thank you DR. Pill for being kind, patience & understanding. That's really rare with Dr's today.

To actually been seen appointment was at 10 sit there till 10:30 and after making a little fuss they finally got me back about 20 till and after x-rays and finally got me in a room a hour after my appointment and not seen doctor so I had to leave to catch my ride back home

Appointment @ 9:45, arrived/checked in @ 9:30. Called in to see Dr. Pill @ 10:05. Waited until 10:25 before Dr. came in. I did have his staff in the meantime talk to me, probably because they knew I was waiting too long.

Your whole staff was great. I needed an emergency appointment because I had a broken arm and they were able to take me in and see me. I had to travel home from Florida and they got me in the day I returned. Even helping me when I was texting them before my appointment. They were awesome.
