I don't think a yearly physical should take 5 minutes. I've also had difficulty getting messages answered with health concerns and appointment requests gone unanswered with this provider.

I had not seen Stephanie before and was very impressed with her. She was very helpful and took the time to understand my complaint.

Every time I come here I know I can trust Stephanie Gibson and I know she respects her patients as people and patients both. She's a wonderful FNP and the office is luckily to have her and we are very lucky to have her as our care provider. I never second guess her recommendations about my care and the treatments bc I know she knows what's best and I believe in her ?.

It was just a blood draw for future visit

I was in a room and was asked to move to a room that was an exam room. They had another patient in there. They forgot to send in my medicine and had to remind them and then after sending my medicine in sent it to the wrong place after I said three times I was at a different pharmacy. The lady had an attitude that I asked to use the restroom before my visit started but I knew I needed to have an exam on my bladder as I thought I had a uti. They were not prepared and they seemed overwhelmed

I was treated like a priority, I was seen within 3 hours of calling to make an appointment and was treated for over an hour I think. Stephanie has been a lifesaver since my car accident and she would be very difficult to replace. Im very fortunate to have her as my primary care provider .

Stephanie's nurse wasn't welcoming at all. She was a little rude. I did not feel comfortable at all from the time she called me in. She needs to at least learn to smile.

I'm still learning about how good the care I get with those who are associated with Prisma. It is unlike any I have received elsewhere. So much better.

More time is needed on the reminder call - increase the of rings (more than 2 rings) to allow more time to appropriately to the question on the patient reminder call.

Care was excellent

Nothing to improve on during this visit. Stephanie listened to me and helped make me as comfortable as possible while not feeling very good. Gave me the medicine I needed and a shot to help relieve the pain I was in. She does a fantastic job every time
