Stephen Harris Keiser, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with specialized expertise in sports medicine, dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. He earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia, completed his Family Medicine residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, and pursued fellowship training in Sports Medicine at Wake Forest. Dr. Keiser practices with Prisma Health Center for Family Medicine and Sports Medicine in the Greenville area and is committed to evidence-based care that supports patients’ health, mobility, and active lifestyles.
