Doctor could spend more time with me to at least how my knee is holding up.They just come,do the shot and get me out of there.At least show the person that you care enough to ask how are you doing.It's like an assembly line.Get em in and out asap.

So far I think you all are doing a great job! I have no complaints! Except one,the only thing that comes to mind if I have to reschedule an appointment it's hard getting another current appointment scheduled because they schedule so far out that trying to get an early date appointment is very hard!

I have previously been a patient of Dr. Stephen Geary about 15 years ago. When another problem presented itself, he was the only physician that I considered for treatment. That's how much I was impressed by hisknowledge and professionalism

Both the PA and the provider were personally aware of my history with them 2 1/2 yrs ago; were clear about what to do and were excellent and prompt about proposing/delivering the care needed.Great!

It was absolutely a great experience. All of the staff were courteous and very efficient at their work.

When I asked, the nurse did go get information for me because I asked about my out-of-pocket exposure for this shot. I was thinking about getting in my knee. She did go get the information, but one of the most challenging things as someone seeking care is that there is no transparency in how much something costs. In any other industry, period, you know what you're getting into before you get into it except the medical industry. It's very frustrating to be walking into a situation where you know you need care and you have no idea how much it's going to be out of pocket. So I did ask and very, very well, I will tell you this practice did go find out the correct information for me. Most practices have no idea. The person in the room is not going to have any idea.
