It was absolutely a great experience. All of the staff were courteous and very efficient at their work.

When I asked, the nurse did go get information for me because I asked about my out-of-pocket exposure for this shot. I was thinking about getting in my knee. She did go get the information, but one of the most challenging things as someone seeking care is that there is no transparency in how much something costs. In any other industry, period, you know what you're getting into before you get into it except the medical industry. It's very frustrating to be walking into a situation where you know you need care and you have no idea how much it's going to be out of pocket. So I did ask and very, very well, I will tell you this practice did go find out the correct information for me. Most practices have no idea. The person in the room is not going to have any idea.

I waited in the room for 45 minutes. I know that can't be helped sometimes. There were no updates. Doctor was with me 5 minutes. This visit could have been done on the phone since he didn't even look at my knee. I missed my lunch hour ( which is fine) plus 30 minutes unpaid. I like the doctor. He does a good job. This all seemed unnecessary and too long.

I wanted to ask my doctor to do an x-ray of my left knee to see how much it had changed in the past two years, but my children were so busy talking to the doctor that I didn't get a chance to say that, so that I hope the next time I come I will get an x-ray of that knee.

This appointment should not have taken place. After waiting several weeks to see Dr Geary and informing the scheduler that I was coming in to start the procedure for a knee replacement, Dr Geary informed me during the appt that he would not be available for the surgery and I was being referred to another Dr in the practice. I waited weeks for this appointment, took a 1/2 day from work, and had to pay a $50 copay for a "non-appointment" to be told I had to make a new appt with the referred Doc. The next appt for that doctor is weeks away where I will have to take more time off and pay another copay. Why could someone not told me of this and go ahead to make an appointment with the new Dr?

I have no complaints about my visit. Dr. Geary is always courteous and very attentive to my concerns. If he is not available for a scheduled appointment, He will recommend you to someone else. My visit was good.

Dr. Geary is the most knowledgeable and professional provider. Along with that, his kindness and sincere compassion is a special gift. He cares for each of his patients. He has been my surgeon and provider and has brought quality of care to me in every way. I continue to improve under his skillful care and improve each time after my visits as I progress. His specialty of knee surgery is changing my life and giving back quality of life. Would recommend him 100% without hesitation to do the same for others. He is truly a blessing. To be a Little more time spent explaining options you can take Home to Continue your Care for Healing if you're not completely Feeling you are comfortable with your current situation. Instead just rushing away before you have Questions are answered clearly. I realize Time is a Factor, but send the patient away Feeling Confident,, instead of Confused.

Absolutely nothing! Dr. Geary is a godsend. He is efficient, direct, and the best doctor I've seen. I am so grateful because I feel like I'm being cared for and getting the medical treatment that I need right now. Dr. Geary had my knees xrayed and then I went to exam room and he gave me shots for both of my knees. He told me what he would do to my knees at my next appointment. Then I went to check out and was given next appointment. And his staff was direct and helpful and good at what they did too. I've been hurting and thinking I needed to be patient (lol) and not be in a rush, so Dr. Geary was the right doctor for me. I would have all the doctors and their staff be like Dr. Geary's. I know this seems maybe too much, but when you're hurting, you want treatment. He gives the right treatment right away. So thank you, Dr. Geary and his staff!!!
