Whenever we comes here we feel right at home, the care the stuff give us is with open arms, the doctor I love him cause he been following them since they been in the Nicu and he make sure we get what we needs, that's why I love him so much, I tell everybody about him

Dr. Snodgrass is very fast talking and impersonal. He talks at you and doesn't much interact or engage with the child he's treating. Talks over the child as though he's not even there.

Never seen the doctor after waiting over an hour. Wasn't given explanation on why, appointment was just rescheduled for next year.

The nurses got my daughters mixed up and had to redo the test, which is common with twins, and I would appreciate it if you offered more direction on where to park and which building to go into.
