When after calling the doctor in the morning and asked to leave a message to his nurse, a call from the nurse with doctor's response should be given in LESS than 3 hours especially when the patient is sick.

I don't know, I'm been seeing Dr. Patel for sometime now and have never been treated bad by anyone there,as you know some people cannot be satisfied no matter what you do I've never seen anyone acting up there so the Drs. And staff must be doing a good job at what they do

The front desk staff does not know how to listen. They keep making statements without first listening to what the point the patient is making. It's been a frustrating experience. Considering changing PCPs

Doctors in the Prisma system seem to have only a short time with patients. Not much time for general conversation.

I was told I Am fat! I know I am over weight. I also know there are many factors that are at play with my body. Fibromyalgia,diabetes,pre- menopause,hormones, lack of hormones,chemo drug, excruciating pain in ankles,feet,knees,arms,wrist, ankles,fingers,costochondritis, depression, the list goes on and on. I feel like all of this plays a part in my weight gain and or if I lose weight. I trust and respect my doctor, I was just shocked a bit.

My wait time was 20 minutes before I was called back and another 20 minutes before I saw the doctor.

The Nurse recorded my weight as being over 200 pounds when I weighed 121 pounds as she stood there while I weighed myself. Dr.Patel caught the error and changed the entry. The nurse needs to be more careful when charting in a patient's chart.

i greatly appreciated the nurse making a phone call to the pharmacy to make sure my scripts were up to date for 3 month supply as I have frequently run in to problems at the pharmacy stating, 'you do not have a refill' which is always puzzling as the MD's office always sents the refill requests. at MD's request I did receive a follow up phone call from his nurse to make sure I was able to get the follow up treatment plan/tests
