I can't think of any improvements. I have pure satisfaction with our doctor and his way of answering any questions or concerns.

A timely appointment. We arrived at 7:45, as instructed for our 8am appt. Our physician didn't arrive until 8:25/30. The nursing staff told us that he wasn't there and weren't sure when he was coming when we inquired. We were subsequently late to other commitments. Some way of communicating lateness would have been appreciated. Physician to staff or physician to my chart, so that we could adjust our plans appropriately. This incident made me late to an appt with my client and I was able to communicate. It was also frustrating to see a message at the front desk stating a consequence of rescheduling an appt if the patient is 15 mins late to their appt, when the doctor didn't adhere to their own policy and expected flexibility from us. Drop the policy if it's not reciprocal.

The appointment went great my child is very comfortable when he sees the doctor.
