I am very impressed with Dr. Susan Li. She spent dedicated time with me to review my health. Dr. Li wanted me to get labwork done at the office the same day, which I did. She felt this was medically necessary due to my pre-diabetes and concerns about A1C and other labs.

Overall, the treatment and care at the office are very good. However, there is room for improvement in the way some nurses interact with patients, in order to provide a more attentive and compassionate experience.

I'm wowed by Dr. Li. She always listens carefully and is the only doctor who successfully found a medication that helps with the pain and fatigue that has visited me for years. I was late for my appointment this time, and I received care from Dr. Li that was just as compassionate and patient as it was during all of my previous visits.

Although I was a bit anxious upon arrival, the nurse and Dr. Susan Li made it a pleasant experience. It was a welcoming environment.

Nothing, service was excellent

It was my initial visit with the doctor, and I had multiple questions and concerns. The doctor didn't really know some of my previous medical history because some of my doctors and procedures were done out of town several years before. She was friendly and patient, but I feel we both felt rushed through the visit somewhat. Some of the questions I didn't have time to clarify had to be found on my chart which is somewhat hard to navigate for someone born pre-tech era. She definitely was quick to send my lab results and referrals to other medical providers to my MyChart account.

This is a very positive response that there's some incredible providers in that clinical space, so I would suggest they would deserve an upgrade in their clinical space because you are very lucky and we are very lucky to have them as part of Prisma's group.

This is the only place I will go to for any x-ray CT scans or MRIs. The staff here is just fantastic each and everyone of them I have never had an issue.

No improvements- Dr Li was wonderful and so attentive. She listened to everything my daughter told her and took the time to really find some solutions. She was very genuinely concerned and very helpful. Love Dr Li!~

I can't think of a single way my visits with Dr. Li could go better. She listens carefully, remembers details about previous visits, and is the first person who has helped me feel better and more energetic. I've had superb doctors before Dr. Li, but Dr. Li figured out a root cause for my fatigue that the others missed, for which I will be forever grateful. Dr. Li is an exceptional doctor: skillful and bright, but also affable. Our visits feel more like a conversation than a series of questions about symptoms.

Dr. Li was wonderful. I moved recently from Florida and was nervous about changing providers. Dr. Li was recommended by a neighbor and I am so glad she did! Dr. Li listened carefully and expressed empathy when needed. Empathy is a dying trait...maybe Dr. Li could give classes on what it's like.

stop with the term provider, the term is misleading. there are tons of providers in one's life, store clerk is a provider, gas station attendant is also a provider, lawn care is also a provider. I have a Doctor not a provider. Dr. Susan Li is an excellent Doctor!

Dr. Li is fabulous. She's a great listener and has a deft approach that makes you feel calm even while listening to serious matters. My only suggestion--and this applies to all medical staff, not just to Dr. Li--would be to use the pronouns "you/your" when referring to a patient with dementia instead of "she/her" when the patient is in the room, next to the caregiver. The caregiver will interpret the "you" to mean the patient because the doctor will be looking directly at the patient, and the patient will feel more independent, more first-person and less third person. With this approach, even when the patient isn't able to follow all the nuances of the conversation, she will still feel like she's being addressed as competent and independent, and that can make all the difference in how the patient feels about the interaction. NB: In this case, the patient loved Dr. Li, so this suggestion is a general suggestion, not at all a critique.
