Please schedule accordingly. There should be no reason the providers are so behind with limited rooms. I was not seen until an hour later than my actual appointment. Respect the patients time just as you would wanted yours respected

No improvement necessary - Tabitha Garner and her assistant were the utmost professionals and MS Garner was first rate in all aspects of her care-giving; she was knowledgeable, listened well, answered all questions, and presented a thoughtful and practical care plan. I would recommend her to anyone.

Really there's nothing I found needing improvement. Tabitha and her team were great?

To be quite honest, from 20 years of service in the military. This doctor was the best, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel comfortable, along with her assistant. One thing I would add as an improvement "and no fault to the Doctor" is to have systems communicate with eachothers. Example, my provider in FT Jackson knows my history and took notes. This provider was unable to see those notes. Would had been convenient and avoid redundancy.

Calling back patients, When the patients calls, to speake to the doctor. We don't get a return call back.

I called them at the message with their broadcast for appointment. It took me three persons to get my question and my request completed. I thought that was kind of crappy considering that I had a very close date for when I was going to have my procedure. I couldn't get anybody to give me a call back for to still, to complete the requirement for my hands.

Was pleased with Tabitha Garner and explained all my questions with detail.

I felt like royalty. They treated me so well. The doctor knew exactly what my problem was and prescribed the right compound. The nurse was sweet and the front desk lady was amazing. She alerted me every time it was getting closer to my turn being seen. She knew I was in pain and kept checking on me. She was so sweet and accommodating.

My pressure went to high, than my Nurse, immediately send me to the ER. Thank God for the Dr to care for my health, that who cares for their safety.

Basically was told that there was nothing to do to help me, even though I was coming in with a problem and asking for help. It would've been nice to actually get help to resolve my issue, not be told that it's no big deal.
