Tara Ann Cancellaro, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician specializing in developmental-behavioral pediatrics. She completed her medical education at East Tennessee State University, followed by pediatric residency training at the Medical University of South Carolina and Medical College of Georgia, and a fellowship in developmental-behavioral pediatrics through Greenville Hospital System.
