I just wanted to comment that I thought the care was really, really exceptional from when I was admitted to the emergency room to the follow-up surgery with Dr. Melton to all the nurses involved in the surgery. They were just exceptional. I mean, really, really, really exceptional. Just it was something I didn't expect and just highly recommend the care that I received from the Blue Ridge Orthopedic Practice and also from the nurses at the hospital. They were just particularly amazing and it meant a lot to me. So thank you very much.

He could have asked how it leg got injured and did further xrays...just wanted the 25$and insurance. Less than 5 min total, offered nothing for pain.

Hi, I'm still not able to get into my health care account, so I really don't like online stuff for that reason. So I'd like to ask questions and provide feedback and see if I'm getting another appointment because I'm supposed to have a follow-up with a different doctor and so I can't get into my account still. So I don't know what to do about that. Okay. Bye now. But I do have a phone number. I could try calling them on Monday or tomorrow rather. Thank you so kindly. The doctor stumbled over activity restriction for school. If he had more confidently explained what restrictions were necessary or specifically expressed that it was variable based on his symptoms we would have had more confidence.

Everyone was great. At check out, the lady asked if we would like a summary of the visit. I said yes. She made a copy for us. We have been trying to get short term benefits from my insurance company. It has been difficult. We tried every way we possibly could to get someone from Prisma Oconee Memorial to fill out forms so benefits could start, to no avail. My insurance company has informed me that I only had a few days to get the forms to them or they were going to close my case. Today I called the insurance company to check on my situation. (Long story) We tried to explain the road blocks we were getting from Prisma (no help or compassion for my situation), she asked if we had a recent summary and thanks to the lady at BRO, we had SOMETHING. We emailed the summary to insurance company and hopefully it will save us from being denied benefits.

I cannot think of anything. Everyone smiled, offered to help and encouraged my mom in her progress and ability to walk! She got an energy and confidence boost after her post op appointment! Thank you!

My first time was a pleasant experience. Dr. Melton was great!

My experience through the process was so positive. The only thing that would have been helpful to know at my preop was that I'd need to have someone icing my shoulder every hour and a half-I could have prepared my caregivers a little better and made arrangements to have some paid in home care so my caregivers had more of a break. But I have to say that I was so grateful and pleased with the care I received.

I forgot to ask for exercises for my shoulder pain. Maybe you could put those online for patients?

I felt rushed by the provider. I felt like asking questions about my health either wasn't welcomed or seemed burdensome. I did not appreciate this. However, I do recognize that the provider did come to our session with a detailed knowledge of my medical history which I do respect.

Faster appt for those who have pain. There should be a grading system for appts. Those with pain should be seen first.
