I am happy with the options given, but did not really understandhow long recovery will take.

I cannot think of anything, they were all professional, nice and helpful. Dr Swathwood is great!!!!!!!!!!

I mistakenly placed one on the receptionist who made my appointment. Should have been a four, not a one. Also, I don't think the doctor fully listened to me. He was saying I've got arthritis. I was also telling him about other pain that I do not think is arthritis and I'm still hurting. Thank you.

I like the doctor I have faith in him to take care of me. I like the staff there checking out I like the nurses I like everything about Blue ridge orthopedics I believe that's where God wanted me to go in the first I'm just grateful that they took me back in.

Apparently someone tried to call me to schedule an appointment when they received the referral. I had no record of a call in my call log & no one left a message. I called twice in an attempt to schedule an appointment after 2 days with no follow up & went automatically to hold for more than 15 minutes each time. No one ever answered the phone. After 1 week with no follow up, I called again & was immediately able to schedule an appointment.
