We really appreciated how quickly the facility called to set up our child's 2nd appointment! It was a bit of a contrast to this appointment, which we had to follow up on ourselves. As a final suggestion, a small 'prize' at the end of treatment would be a wonderful way to reward.

At the end of the appointment, the person who helped us as we left got angry and upset because she only asked for the child's last name, even though there was another child with the same last name nearby. She got annoyed, I don't speak English, and said in English that's why they have to give the full name, not just the last name, but she only asked for the last name, not the first name. That was the only issue; other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you.

We had an eight am appointment with the audiologist. We were asked to be there 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. We arrived at 7:40am. Then we waited. And we waited. And we WAITED MORE?????? Finally after one hour of waiting time, we were called back. That is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and completely disrespectful to ME to have a child wait an hour for the actual visit! If we do this again, I will seek somewhere else for my child

My appointment was scheduled for 11:10. I was not seen by the provider till about 12:10 pm. I understand appointments can run late but to wait 50 minutes from the time I got there till the time my daughter is seen is a little ridiculous.

We are satisfied with Dr. Reeves' office, staff, and his awareness of our needs and his punctuality. His ability to think outside the box to help us determine a method of tracking data to get a well rounded understanding of my daughter's sleep quality is important. We are happy with his level of service and provision of care.
