Front desk person greeted me saying "appointment" not hi how can I help you or how are you today, then wanted to say I was seeing the NP when I was scheduled to see the doctor . After my apt the dr stated to message him on mychart with any questions while I think over my options, I did so and the NP responded stated she couldn't answer my questions about surgery I needed to make a phone call appointment. So I no have to wait another week just to have a question answered .

Dr Gonzalez and his staff are professional, thoughtful, proficient, and efficient. They are all extremely and sincerely concerned with making the visit productive and producing positive results. There is nothing that I felt needed any improvement. They all made me feel cared for and they answered all of my questions and my husband's questions.

The floors could use cleaning more thoroughly. Awesome staff from start to finish!

I don't think you can improve on anything as far as I'm concerned. Dr. Gonzales is so pleasant and puts me at ease as soon as he walks in the door. I know he is a very busy doctor, however, he takes his time to put me at ease, takes care of my needs and then takes the time to ask if I have any questions. His bedside manner is impeccable. They need more doctors like Dr. Gonzales. Thank you, Dr. Gonzales, for taking care of me.

I tried talking to Dr Gonzales on treatment options after my shoulder surgery I feel as though I was blown off.

Nothing! This team is amazing! The team was so kind and I was very appreciative of how much time Dr. Gonzalez took to truly listen, understand my complaint, and come up with a plan. 10/10 will recommend.

The Doctor, Nurses And The Whole Staff Were GREAT!

I cannot think of anything that the Orthopedics staff could have done better. My experience with them has been amazing!

Everyone on staff was knowledgeable, helpful & kind. It was all running very late, though. They had many patients to see. The level of care was excellent.

Yes, the only complaint that I have, and I've had this from day one, and I've left a message about it several times in the past, is when you call that office, you're instructed to leave a message, and the message says, leave only one message, and someone will call you back within that business day on the following day. Well, that never happens. It is so hard to get a live person on the phone. So I had to make numerous calls in reference to my appointment. I wanted to change the time, not the day, but the time of the appointment. And since I couldn't get nobody, I just kept it at that same time and redid my schedule at work. But it would have been nice to have somebody to call me back so that I could talk to a live person and not the answering machine since they don't want you to leave multiple messages.

Keep doing what yall are doing. I've been very impressed with Prisma leading up to and after my foot surgery.

I would have liked a clearer idea of the topics to be covered during the 10-minute appointment with Dr. Gonzalez. As it turned out, my expectations were met but I could have prepared my questions more easily had I been given/told an agenda.

The waiting room chairs are not very comfortable. They are worn. I'm grateful to Dr Gonzalez for his care and attention.

My feedback is actually being able to talk with a live person. They asked you to leave a voicemail, which I did, because I'm pressed now to make sure I have my pre-authorization on file. I had Blue Cross to call early this morning. I placed a call and then I placed another call this afternoon. They tell you not to leave multiple messages. However, I'm having an issue with getting a call back. My appointment went well, but when I tried to schedule it from the onset, I had the same problem. So that's something they need to work on, returning calls in a timely manner. Thank you.

There is not one single thing that could be done to improve any part of my care, unless Dr. Gonzalez and/or Maya just moved in with me and took care of me every day. In all seriousness, I have never encountered a physician more competent, more compassionate, and more thorough than Dr. Gonzalez and it's clear that he inspires excellence in all the people working with him. Maya, the PA has been incredibly helpful in dealing with a difficult HR situation at my job. I recommend this office and specifically Dr Gonzalez to as many people as I can.

I like to have the door open, or partially so, especially once the provider has seen me and I am dressed so I feel seen and not left wondering if or when someone else is coming in.

I know Dr. Gonzalez is a very busy doctor. If he could just slow down a little when he sees his patients. He always answers my questions and always asks if I have questions, but I always feel a little rushed; however his bedside manner is absolutely the best. I am so glad I was referred to him.

Nothing don't change a thing with my care provided by Dr. Gonzalez. He's awesome, great orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon and I just continue to look forward to continued support from Prisma Health and Dr. Gonzalez.

Being short staffed unfortunately is going around at the moment, but excluding that, everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy each time I come in for a visit!

Not one thing. I've been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez for over 3 years. He always takes the time to review the whole visit point by point, on a written report that he gives at each visit. I trust him absolutely.

I realized after the appointment I was not actually showed views of my MRI and CT scan. The doctor just stated that surgery is next. In reflecting, I would like to see what my foot looks like and exactly what the scans look like, what needs to be done. This has been done in all my other cases when surgery has been recommended by the doctor. So he just talked to me and did not show me anything. And I would like to see. Thank you. Goodbye.

I was expected to walk around in my bare feet during both x-ray and exam. The staff and doctors all had their shoes on which I expect they wear all kinds of places with who knows what on the bottom. And who were yesterday's patients and what did they carry on the their bare feet and shoes? You put a clean paper down on the exam table. How about the same consideration for in a foot doctor's office. It made me question every other thing they did. I had to ask for something to clean off my feet. Based on what they offered, that is not a regular thing they do. I would never willingly walk barefoot in any medical facility, public building or place people are wearshoes.

Nothing specific. I have complete trust in this practice. My first experience with Dr. Gonzalez was just fine. He honed in on my problem immediately; and got me on the right track for some relief..

Everything was great with my visit. I do think I hit something wrong though on the race authenticity. No, there was no bias. He was great. And I think I might have hit something wrong, but he's a great doctor. He did a great job. All the nurses were great. And I'm very pleased with my surgery and the care I'm getting there.

The nurse that was taking me to my room after recovery, saw me have a little seizure apparently from anesthesia, but we didn't know that. She, nurse, just looked at me sideways in recovery until it stopped, and then walked around the bed and wheeled me to my room. I told my husband and before I could finish, I had another one. My husband videoed it this time, and showed my nurse. She said it should be shown to all the nursing staff that would be taking care of me. My husband sent the video to her and she said that the nurses would be shown what to look for. This situation had me terrified and I asked to be kept an extra day for observation! I ASKED TO STAY to be sure it wasn't going to happen again.

All I can say is that I streamed very well. I always had good results. The nurses, the front desk, the doctor was excellent. I love them and I agree for them.

There was absolutely no way that you all could improve because you guys are amazing. Dr. Gonzalez is amazing, the staff, front desk staff, from start to finish. I have no complaints. If I tell you that you can improve, that would be telling a lie. I love you guys.

I have been a patient there for several years and love everything about it except at the foot and ankle team never answers their phone. You have to leave a message. It seems like someone should at least screen the phone calls in case it is urgent.

Maybe more discussion about the medical terms but we got there. Dr Gonzalez was respectful of my questions and reassuring.

I had to wait 1 and 1/2 hours past my appointment time before I was seen. The doctor said he had personnel issues but to wait that long to be seen is unacceptable.

Everyone I have come in contact with has been very friendly and professional. Dr. Gonzalez made me feel like he really cared about my situation and wants what is best for me. I really appreciate that.

We had to wait 2 hrs after my appointment time to be seen. I assume several people are scheduled at the same time. This is disrespectful to the patients. Our time is valuable to. Considering the Dr spends maybe 5 minutes with you. Sad!

Everything was above my expectations. Dr Gonzalez is an excellent person and surgeon!!

The patient rooms are NOT sound proof!! Therefore while at the nurses station, discussing a patient's needs, keep that in mind! Because it may come across to the patient as "bashing" them! I felt that the Doctor had no clue what my needs were! It seemed as if he had not even looked at my info in my chart!!! If he had, he might've known that I have had the trauma, arthritis, and anxiety!!!

Sat in the waiting room for an hour before being called back. Then waited for the doctor. Then told to wait for ortho guy for an insert and then he said to wait to schedule my CT. I was there for over 2 1/2 hours.

Everything was covered, thanks. But let me say I have the utmost respect for Dr Gonzalez and his skills as a surgeon. Right ankle surgery and left foot surgery in six months. He has absolutely given me my life back- being able to walk without pain- a miracle. I have referred my neighbor to Dr Gonzalez and he is doing her bunion surgery in October. He is an excellent surgeon and very personable, as well.

I'm sure I got wonderful care, but the only thing I remember is sometime after surgery a physical therapist came and talked to me about going home and being able to take care of myself. She was very nice. I realized I could not do that and was transferred to Encompass. I remember the ambulance ride there but don't remember much until the next day. Sorry I can't be more specific but evidentially I was still under the influence of being put to sleep.

I don't feel like there's anything to complain about Dr. Gonzalez has a very well training trained team and everybody is so kind and patient and helpful. They have been for the last year and a half that I've been in his care.

Dr. Gonzalez was extremely concerned and with great care he helped me do an ordeal with my foot that I still puzzled by but Dr. Gonzalez educated me and decided on the procedure that helped me keep my foot. I trusted him with his his opinion and I would also recommend him And his team. If anybody I know needs help like he told me was a very positive attitude I will always be his patient. I will always trust him.

I just want to say how excellent the care that I received from the start to the finish. The only thing is the location of the office. I was told that it was in suite 320, 320. And when you come in, nobody told me what building it was in. So I went to the 300 building. I am handicapped, parked on the other side of the 300 building and then had to find my way over to the 100 building where the appointment was. They need to make sure that they, the texts and the emails all have which building number as well as the suite number. But everything else was excellent and I appreciate the cart between buildings that was

I think the nurse/staff could have found out a little more information about the medication that Dr Gonzalez had prescribed from the compounding pharmacy. I never had a medication prescribed from a compounding pharmacy before. Wondered if Medicare covered it, cost etc. Nurse just said ask them. Otherwise great visit.

This facilicity was the absolute best. Definitely a better experience than what I had in the Sumter office.

The provider needs to be more empathetic of someone's feeling also give all treatment plan upfront and stop running up unnecessary bills with insurance companies.

The wait time was extremely long. My appointment was 45 minutes after they, before they called me back. So I had to wait that long, and it was quite a while after that that I saw the doctor.

The nurse ordering my prednisone prescription was rude. Still have not received my topical cream promised. Dr. G does a good job.

Time! I waited for over one hour to see the Doctor, after having an appointment for months.

Know what's happening with your patience's, be on time and read your chart notes. Don't bring other staff member that is not of help into the room. Always use great bed side manners. Never when the patient say I'm nervous , say you will be okay understand the feeling and ask what will make the matter better don't be so dismissive.
