We did not feel that the doctor was very knowledgeable in the area that he needed to treat our son, and we felt that his bedside manner was not very good. The nurse practitioner that was there was much better, but our experience was underwhelming, to say the least, and we left with a lot more questions than we did to have answers while we were there.

The visit was great. The staff was very friendly. Doctors answered all our questions and listened carefully.

Whenever I had a medical issue arise, I was told to contact my PCP. Then I was referred to another neurosurgeon after this appointment and whenever I had a request for FMLA information (paperwork was not fully faxed to my HR Dept) or return to work assistance he referred me to the new neurosurgeon that had never seen me and who could not provide FMLA or release to work note. I had to call the new office and ask for help. But since the new office hadn't seen me and didn't have a follow up until December they couldn't write a return to work note. So I am waiting for notification on who will help me.

One way would is be actually more attentive to the child and more willing to help other than dismissing them.

Increased knowledge and competence with my children's disorder. We have been attending for 2 years and have been treated as an anomaly each time, with little reassurance that the doctors were knowledgeable about the condition or competent to treat. I will be looking for alternate facilities with better versed doctors. I have asked multiple times for the doctors to increase their knowledge or training if they are taking us as patients, which has not been proven.

Communication about MRI and follow up were not in notes, initial MRI scheduled for before when doctor recommended, had to call and follow up. Issue made me weary of accuracy of treatment if notes are not clear and being missed
