I can't think of a way that my visit could have improved. Dr.Nelson listened to my description of my current symptoms and carefully examined the new xrays and my knee and leg and discussed options to treat my pain.

Everyone was thoughtful & caring during my visit. Might have been the best care I've received from a PRISMA Health facility in years! Can't think of anything that would have improved my visit.

The only negative was the wait time for the doctor to come into the room, but that seems common these days. Everything else was great.
