Everything's great!

Allow me to see my XRay & ask Questions .. w the Doc .. like the Doc ... Just this type of injury is new to me it happened so quick. I did have some questions about my x-ray and a couple other questions but I know the time is limited and I basically came in to get a referral for PT I'm sure I could come back for a follow up if I need .. overall good .. appreciate

Dr. Nelson is very professional, knows what going on with my health. Dr. Nelson explained every details and she was very helpful during my visit. I have been a patient with Dr. Nelson since 2021.

Not sure why Dr Nelson gave me a cortisone shot going through the left side of my left knee versus through the front of the knee cap.

They had just had an emergency fire drill is maybe why the nurse didn't take my weight or my vitals. At least I thought they did that at every appointment. I may be wrong!

I called in real right shoulder pain and asked for a shot ASAP. I told the lady that took my telephone that I was in 8/10 pain and had trouble sleeping and had to spend the nights in my recliner. I told her I had seen Dr. Nelson 10 days earlier for left shoulder pain. I got that appointment within three days of calling. The earliest appointment I was allowed to see Dr. Nelson was three weeks.

Doctor Nelson is extremely gentle and makes sure you're well informed and aware of all treatment options.

1st scheduled appointment had to be moved because the doctor wasn't in the office that day, but that's really the only issue we had

There is nothing to improve. Vicki Nelson is hands down one of the best providers I've seen at Prisma.

They all were comforting and kind & courteous. Answered all my questions and concerns even before I asked. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is seeking an excellent staff and well trained staff on patient care!

The person making the appointment told me that earliest possible time for knee injection was June 3. I messaged the doctor to tell her that I could barely walk and asked her if she had any cancellations to call me / text me and I would come. I received a prompt reply--and got the injection the next morning. If I had not messaged, I would still have three weeks of pain to go. I appreciate the doctor.

I was not able to talk I keep getting interrupted. I also got treated like I didn't know what was happening to my arm and decision were made without asking if I was ok with it

We waited about 40 to 45 minutes in the waiting room before being called back.

Drop it down to fourth gear

I had to walk out after the doctor didn't do what I was there for. I was there early, but didn't get to go to a room for 1/2 hour after my appt. Then I had to wait 15 more minutes for the Dr. She came in and started to explain alternative things instead of doing the ultra sound I was there for. When she went to get the equipment after 15 more minutes I got changed and left. Never saw her again,nor would I want too

I think the treatment was very professional

It was great. I can think of nothing.

I can't think of a way that my visit could have improved. Dr.Nelson listened to my description of my current symptoms and carefully examined the new xrays and my knee and leg and discussed options to treat my pain.

Nothing more. Dr. Nelson was great.

If it wasn't for the shift clinic, I wouldn't have been able to be seen.

No suggestions, all care was supportive and respectful. Thank you

I was on a "WAIT-LIST" But my doctor definitely corrected that. She knows my medical history and has my best interest in mind
