Professional knowledge

I went more than 3 weeks with a broken foot! A patient should not have to wait that long to get in. Especially when referred from another physician! I walked in terrible pain for three weeks on a broken foot. You can do better!

Great office, doctor and staff. All providers in this area are having trouble getting in established patients. It's not under the control of the providers - prisma needs to hire more doctors to keep up with the growth of the area.

I went to the walk-in clinic at Patewood. They did an x-ray said just rest it and come back in a month if it's not better. I came back and they said try to do some exercises. If it doesn't get better, let us know. The girl who brought me into the office asking me questions said anything else I said actually I have a little something going on with my back. Is this the kind of doctor that would see it. She said yeah but they only do one thing per appointment so when you're leaving, make an appointment to come back When I checked out, the three ladies at the desk were talking about wedding dresses the lady I spoke to about making an appointment said I needed to go to my primary doctor and have him decide what I needed. I said I already talk to him. He dismissed it that is just basically old age or curving of my spine I need a back specialist. She said again well you need to go to your primary for him to decide In the middle of this she continued to talk about wedding dresses. As if she was being bothered, she says OK that's it. You can go . I said you're supposed to be printing out some paperwork for me she goes oh do you want that? I said yeah he told me you're gonna print it out for the exercises I'm supposed to do. Totally not impressed!

It was an excellent appointment from nurses to medical Dr in training to Dr Seace . Dr Seace was excellent to communicate my husbands diagnosis and explain in detail . He formed a treatment plan and he gave him injection to finally help his pain . He explained exercises and both Medical Dr and Dr Seace were professional and showed great concern for my husbands last sev months of pain and mobility issues .I really believe he will help his quality of life and help him regain his activity he enjoys . We have complete trust in him and his staff . Thank you for seeing us and the appoint to follow .

I would have liked to have more written information before my visit regardingthe actual drugs being used. Also a written summary of the visit and expectations about future visits would be helpful.

This experience changed my view of doctors. I wanted to go out and have a whiskey with my doctor. He was so knowledgeable and attentive. I've never received such unbiased focused expertise and care when at the doctor. I feel like I have options and someone in my corner for my health. I want to make them all a gift basket or something!

I cannot image getting any better treatment than I get with Dr. Sease! He is not only a great communicator but he is an excellent listener! I always Know what I need to do when I leave his office. It is always a positive visit.

I felt a little rushed and didn't think I was listened to enough my pain is my pain and I feel like I was just rushed to do a cortisone injection without explaining totally the effects of them or how they affect my health in the long run.

Re the appointment: after requesting an appointment at least a week ago I was told they needed pre-approval and would get back to me. Thursday I called to see if they could expedite the process and was told it wasn't needed. If I had not called I don't know how long I would've waited. Thankfully they were able to see me that day.

There's nothing that I feel needs to be improved

I was treated with an Intern alongside my doctor. My only concern was that the Intern did the injection procedure and touched my knee cap with the needle causing alarming pain. After returning home I eventually experienced extreme pain and discomfort that continued through the night. I have been icing and resting today and will continue working on my heeling.

It was our first ever visit with a sports injury and it was a wonderful experience. I'm grateful and pleased.

Had to wait 3 weeks for 2 fracture diagnosis in left ankle. I feel being honest with the nurse about the fact that I am a Mental Health Patient ( as well as my honesty on the MyChart questionnaire ) may have influenced the Doctor's dismissive approach to my complaint of severe pain. No pain medication was discussed only use of Voltaren cream. I would recommend this practice only to patients who are NOT under care for Mental Health.

Dr. Sease is very professional,. He always has been briefed regarding my visit. He treated a very painful knee and sent me home with very little pain.

I think Dr. Sease is about perfect. Kind, concerned, helpful, doesn't seem in a hurry,tells you what to do if this treatment does not work or pain comes back.

Yeah, the only way this could have been better is if Prisma had contacted Veterans Affairs, the VA insurance, the same day. My understanding, according to the VA, is that they contacted them four days later, and that's resulted in some confusion on the VA side, and no guarantee that I will get VA support. So that's the only thing that could be improved. contacting insurance immediately. In this case, the VA for my business. Thank you.

Dr. Sease is a true professional And The meaning of Doctor. I wasted 1 emergency room visit and 3 visits to MD360. Big waste of time dealt with Nurse practitioners..Then I was 2 months in pain and no one wanted to help find out why. Finally had enough and went to ER to see a doctor but she was incompetent. Dr Sease took time and effort 20 minutes a diagnosis and correct.

I cannot think of anything. Being my first time there and was happy with everything. There was a woman doing her internship there and the doctor asked if she could give us cortisone shots and we agreed and the doctor quided her and she did a great job.

The whole appointment was very good.

Doctors that are learning or shadowing should glance over or have access to a patient's records before coming in to do their assessment. I love being part of their journey, but when in this much pain it makes it harder to field questions that are already answered in my history.

I really can't recommend change for improve my visit. Dr. Sease is very professional and kind. He explained what he was recommending. I was shown how to exercise my knee and ankle and fitted with a Wraptor Ankle Brace. I wore the brace home and again today. I felt that it was already correcting my ankle and and foot.

Check in was fast and easy. I was called back to a room within 5min of being there. Once back in the examination room, the wait was long. It would be nice if us the pt's time was given as much respect as the doctors time.

I was waiting for 45 mins the DR spend about a minute speaking with me. I ask about gel shot he seemed more interested in surgery and I have had a battle with the insurance company.

None; the providers were fantastic. There was also a resident doctor who was very impressive. She came in first and did a VERY thorough examination and medical history.
