The registration lady or girl, the one who checked you in, she was very rude. She didn't smile, she didn't look at you, she seemed annoyed that we were there. Even though I was trying to be friendly, she was definitely irritated, didn't want to be bothered. You could tell she just wanted to go home. It's not a good start to the visit, even though Dr. Brown was amazing. But it sets the tone when your desk person is rude.

Nothing to be improved. Dr. Brown was wonderful and I really appreciated her understanding of my concerns as well as her method of treatment planning where she reviewed options and rationale with me and included me in the process. Really great experience.
