Prisma did everything they were suppose to do. But they office they referred me to for further treatment cant see me for 5 weeks. Im very uncomfortable but its not Prism's fault.

Totally satisfied up to this point

Dr Richmond listened carefully to what I had to say and encouraged me to buy specific shoes to help with my injuries

While sitting in the waiting room it would be nice to listen to music. That could help people not feel so anxious about their visit.

Everything thing was very good. No issues.

All my needs met over and beyond normal. Dr Richmond is truly one of the best doctors I have ever came in contact with (and I have been a nurse for 53 years!) His care is exceptional.

None I can think of. Met my medical needs as I knew they would.

You can never improve on William Richmond. He is the most wonderful, understanding, and competent doctor that I have ever seen in all my life. And it's been a long life, believe me. Thank you for having such a wonderful man be on your staff.

Im not sure, haven't been to orthopedic doctors much. I dont know procedures.

Overall the nurse and especially the X-ray tech could have been so much more courteous, the X-ray tech was extremely rude and the nurse was evidently incredibly inconvenienced with my appointment.

Excellent care there were no areas of which I felt needed improvement at this visit.

I waited 1:15 pat my appointment. For what the doctor went over could have been done over the phone. There is no break in my foot. I asked the person who called me to set the appointment if we could just do it over the phone. She stated the doctor won't do it on the phone. I could understand if there was something he could do, but there isn't. To me it felt like it was all about the money.

I just wanted to let you know that every visit I have with Dr. Richmond is perfect and the facility is great and I have no complaints. It's a superb experience and I'm very grateful for it. Thank you for your great service.

Every person from receptionist, nurse , to surgeon was exceptional. Could not have been more pleased with care. Surgeon is the best !!!!

Dr was excellent

There are no wheelchair accessible counters at check in or check out. The counters were tall. This made it a little difficult to interact with the staff when in a chair. The provider and staff were excellent. The only way to improve the experience is to provide a wheelchair accessible desk for check in and check out.

I had appt for one foot but my husband told the nurse I mentioned to him my other foot was doing the same thing. I didn't get an x ray for the foot so I didn't say anything cause I made appt for one foot and have been told by other's doctors only look at what you first made appointment for

There wasn't anything you could have done better.

I'd like to say that it was excellent care, both by the doctor, who is an exemplary doctor and a compassionate one, and also by the support staff. They did a great job. They were courteous, and the facilities were just perfect. I have no complaints, and I'm always glad to go to Prisma.

Dr. Richmond is an absolutely excellent doctor. He explains all aspects of healing, and when you leave, you are extremely confident that you received the best care possible.

Everything done is very professional. Staff is always pleasant.

Dr Richmond could not have been better. I've never had the care and professionalism Dr Richmond gave me. This is a top notch facility.

The appointment time was not kept. I had to wait too long after the appointment time to be seen.

Pu a waste can in the waiting room. I wish you made orthotics on site.

Sooner appointment

Dr. Richmond and his staff are great. I have nothing negative to say about anyone there. Dr. Richmond takes great care of me and it feels like he takes as much time as I need to address my concerns.
