William Furtick Randall, MD

William Randall, MD, is a pediatrician who joined Prisma Health in 2026. Raised in Greenville, South Carolina, Dr. Randall graduated summa cum laude from Wofford College with a B.A. in Spanish and B.S. in biology and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and completed pediatrics residency training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received the Roberto C. Cefalo House Officer Award and joined the Academy of Educators. While at UNC, Dr. Randall completed the Community Health Advocacy and Mentorship Pathway (CHAMP), attended the American Academy of Pediatrics Advocacy Conference in Washington, D.C. and presented scholarly work at national conferences for the American Academy of Pediatrics and Pediatric Academic Societies. He is passionate about advocacy, preventive care and education, and believes prioritizing the well-being of children and families builds stronger communities for us all.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Randall enjoys spending time with his wife and son, fly fishing, writing, playing music, Saturday mornings spent at Little River Coffee and the Hub City Farmers Market, and cheering on the Wofford Terriers.
