Almost Nothing this facility from the registration ladies to nurses to PA and of course Dr Huntington I have zero complaints. The financial lady however could use some empathy lessons. 1st time she was completely rude and clearly could tell she didn't care about the situation. Which she was wrong about. She kept interrupting my questions and basically anytime I talked. But this visit she was much better. I mean I was not looking forward to talking to her at all. Then she had a little spark of care. And listened and helped as much as she could.

he couldn't figure out why i am having pain in my left foot, even i bought arch support with his prescription about $350.00. now he wrote me prescription for pain medicine. so i really don't under stand where i am standing or what i need to do next?

I feel like he was very rushed with his visit with me and didn't really care to hear what I had to say or my concerns. So I felt rushed and like maybe he was not really taking time with me as a patient individually.

Dr. Huntington and his team are outstanding. Across the board, all interactions were positive with the Dr. and nurses listening closely and communicating clearly without making me feel that they were rushed or under pressure. I felt the cared about me as a patient. I really couldn't recommend a single thing needing improvement. While I DON'T suggest breaking an ankle or a leg, if you should happen to, you're in great hands with this team!

I would like to have known in advance about what the doctor was going to do before he performed it. If this would have been done, I would have been able to prepare for the pain that had to happen in order to fully be able to access the damage that had been done to my ankle.

Maybe a print out (reminder) of what I could expect in the near future relating to symptoms of a healthy natural healing process with such a surgery as mine so I didn't have to Google other's experiences concerning recovery. Facility: One little thing about the ability to get in and out of the elevators... The amount of time the elevator doors begin to close needs to be extended. Most people are coming to be seen for a serious mobility issue. It does not give a person enough time to be able to get inside with a wheelchair, walker, crutches, cane etc. I noticed this issue myself and with others trying to get in and out of the elevators at every visit.
