I was treated with respect, my question answered and was informed about my treatment. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I'm only one person, I don't know how others feel, but I find that each time I have an appointment, the atmosphere, the Drs and the employees seem to care about the patients and seem to enjoy their work.

I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Brown. He has a fabulous manner quick quit, and very knowledgeable in his field. Explained everything to me thoroughly and without hesitation I asked the following questions and got answers immediately. He is a very good Doctor Who has an excellent reputation proceeding him and fulfilled that reputation without hesitation.

Everything was excellent.

The doctor is always very rushed and since I only see him 2x a year he often doesn't remember what he told me the last time. Six months ago he suggested I start a medication I've been in the previous 5 years so I don't know how much he prepares for visits that aren't about surgery. Since he's a surgeon that may just be necessary.

I had no complaint about my visit time or anything else I was treated very respectfully and all my questions and concerns were answered. Dr Brown has treated me very respectfully and taken care of all my questions

No suggestions. A wonderful facility and Dr Brown was personable and presented my choices clearly.

When I walked into the facility, everyone was nice and smiling, very kind, very polite. The place was clean. When I sat down, everything was perfect. When a lady came out to get me, brought me inside. Everything was nice. So they continue doing what they're doing. I have no complaints, no bad comments.

I know this is supposed to be how they could improve, but I really don't have a way that they could have improved because everybody was courteous. Everybody was conscientious. You worked at my time along with their time, and everybody was just wonderful. And I have no problems coming back. In fact, I trust them immensely. So, yes, everybody was wonderful. Thank you.

Dr.Brown and the Staff were perfect. Excellent Care. Dr.Brown answered my questions in such kindly ways. He explained the need for an MRI so politely.

I didn't know really what the tests were for and nothing was explained to me. Otherwise, you know, they all were respectful. It just was. I didn't know what the test was for. That's all.

I really can't think of anything. The employees all seem happy, which you can tell basically when you first come in the door. Everyone, nurses, and my Dr are very knowledgeable and capable. I feel well taken care of when I'm there.

I fell and broke my wrist around 15 years ago, my first broken bone ever. Dr Brown took care of me then and I really trust him with my care. He has been my surgeon through a broken foot and another broken wrist. I have seen and heard him interact with hospital staff while waiting to be taken into surgery, I have only ever heard him be respectful to people he works with. I have a lot of trust and respect for Dr Brown. I would wait to be taken care of by him if I ever had to.

I've been coming to this office for 3 years, I don't feel that I should have had to go through the in processing again as a new patient. All the staff was pleasant and accommodating, but the in processing office and questing again was uncomfortable.

Every one who works in that practice is extremely, polite, knowledgeable , caring and well skilled.

respect for time. I arrive 20 minutes early for my appointment (having been told to get there 15 min early) but I did not go back to the room until almost 30 minutes after my appointment. Since the guest wifi was not connected to the internet and there is only 1 bar of phone signal in the waiting room, it was a very long hour to sit for an appointment that took under 15 minutes.

All questions were answered

The doctor that I have seen seemed a little intoxicated and he was flowing his words and stuttering a lot. I just stayed around because I wanted to hear what he had said, but to be honest, I will never come back to see him because I do not think that he is fit for a doctor.

Waiting time for your appointment is stupid. If I was late to my appointment you would have canceled it however I had to wait 40min to even get called back. Its like my time dont matter.

Dr. Brown is my favorite doctor and I have several. I trust him completely. He is professional but a joy to work with.

Give the patient more suggestions, activities, exercises or options for things they can do to help their medical issues.

I have expressed pain i was experiencing for years prior to having this knee replacement. I am disappointed that it was thought to be removed with the knee replacement. I am still in Great discomfort and now being treated as a nerve issue. I am upset that No attention was put on it before and still having to deal with problem!

I waited a long time. I wish I had known so that I could have taken a nap while I waited. Some water would have been nice as well. I waited almost an hour in the room.

This was my second recheck for my knee and the doctor started the exact same way (information) as my previous appointment. After he said it can take up to 12 weeks to heal, I said it had been 11 weeks and he seemed surprised. I would have liked a better progress discussion and options for next steps instead of waiting 4-6 more weeks and then discussing possibilities.
