respect for time. I arrive 20 minutes early for my appointment (having been told to get there 15 min early) but I did not go back to the room until almost 30 minutes after my appointment. Since the guest wifi was not connected to the internet and there is only 1 bar of phone signal in the waiting room, it was a very long hour to sit for an appointment that took under 15 minutes.

The doctor that I have seen seemed a little intoxicated and he was flowing his words and stuttering a lot. I just stayed around because I wanted to hear what he had said, but to be honest, I will never come back to see him because I do not think that he is fit for a doctor.

Waiting time for your appointment is stupid. If I was late to my appointment you would have canceled it however I had to wait 40min to even get called back. Its like my time dont matter.

Dr. Brown is my favorite doctor and I have several. I trust him completely. He is professional but a joy to work with.

I have expressed pain i was experiencing for years prior to having this knee replacement. I am disappointed that it was thought to be removed with the knee replacement. I am still in Great discomfort and now being treated as a nerve issue. I am upset that No attention was put on it before and still having to deal with problem!

I waited a long time. I wish I had known so that I could have taken a nap while I waited. Some water would have been nice as well. I waited almost an hour in the room.

This was my second recheck for my knee and the doctor started the exact same way (information) as my previous appointment. After he said it can take up to 12 weeks to heal, I said it had been 11 weeks and he seemed surprised. I would have liked a better progress discussion and options for next steps instead of waiting 4-6 more weeks and then discussing possibilities.

The front check in was awsome. I had a wave of nausea and the front desk gave me a vomiting bag if needed and also provided me with ginger-ale and a pack of crackers due to me not having breakfast. Blue Ridge Ortho is the best.

I would have liked to have known who I need to contact, who will be contacting me with the next step that I'm supposed to do in my procedure. I was told that you have to get contact approval from somebody, I don't know who, and then they will in turn set me up. But I would like to know the time frame and that. Should I just wait, wait, wait, wait, wait? Or should I call you back in a week? Let me know what timeframe I'm dealing with. Thank you very much.

Dr. Brown was amazing in his knowledge, care and concern for my daughter. We've seen other providers at BRO and Dr. Brown is our favorite.

Area where you check out is sorta confusing. It was hard to know where to wait in order to check out.

I cannot think of anything more Dr Brown or the nurses could have done. They were so kind, listened well, and took great care of me. I had an episode where I fainted during my appointment. Dr Brown and his nurse knew exactly what to do and took great care until I felt better.

You were great. Very professional and took all the time I needed to go over my issues and to address all my questions.

If I ever had any issues with my treatment or communication with Dr Brown or any of my previous doctors , I wouldn't be coming. Keep in mind the years any of us have been with Blue Ridge Orthopedic.
