It was a great experience with Dr. Roberts.

I am thankful to have Dr. Roberts. He is personable, knowledgeable and always tries to help keep our special needs son up to date. He keeps in touch with our son's Neurologist to make sure they are both on the same page with treatment. He listens to any questions that I may have and I also like the staff. They also try to set up an appointment that is easier for me.

You couldn't; I trust Dr. Roberts with my life.

I felt very comfortable and well respected.

Over the course of several visits, the front desk staff seem bored and like they would rather be someplace else than than checking you in or out. They are not rude, just disengaged and it seems like doing their job feels like a bother to them. If they were more engaged and seemed eager or at least pleased to help, it would make a huge difference.

Check in person, the one on the right if facing the desk, is never friendly. She is always looking or texting on her phone and we have to wait on her. I never know who I'm speaking to when I call because they never give their name.

I cannot think of anything. I receive excellent care from reception thru nursing, medicine, and lab.

Dr. Roberts and the nurses were incredible. The front desk staff that I walked up to was on her cell phone and she did not notice me for a little while while I was waiting to check in. As I checked out, she was also on her phone as well.

I filled out the questionnaire requested prior to visit. Due to a Prisma need my appt was rescheduled and I started to get requests to fill out the questionnaire again. When I got to appt I still had to do another questionnaire.

Dr. Roberts , Nurses, and the staff always offer support and answer questions or concerns in a mild mannered way. Their accommodations for parking and waiting are convenient and most comfortable. Wait time is managed perfectly. Their business facility provides arena of comfort and pleasant accommodations. I sincerely appreciate the careful listening on behalf Dr. Roberts and Nurses . I always feel as if my expressed thoughts regarding health concerns are carefully heard and discerned. I am regularly responded to with complete answers and even urged to ask more questions if need be. I am invariably reminded how to be in touch if any help is needed. Dr. Roberts and his Nurses greet me with pleasantry and make me feel to be a welcomed patient.

The front desk monitors hide the people sitting there and so it was not very personal with their interaction and friendly

We are always treated warmly and respectfully when we enter this facility. Everyone is personable and professional. Dr. Roberts answers all our questions and makes suggestions as to things we can do if I have a question. He is very thorough and is making sure our son is healthy.

Always a great experience

Appt at 9:40 but didn't see Dr until 10:05. Nurse didn't know how to pronounce my medications. I ended up missing two hours of work because I had to wait for Dr and then had to wait 20min for bloodwork. Value my time would be nice.

Dr Roberts always treats me with respect and dignity. He speaks to me like an intelligent human being. He listens and makes me feel like I am an important part of my medical care. I appreciate him.

Sometimes messaging through my chart and the response from the nurse does not seem like they care. I understand messaging does not carry a "tone", so it makes it more challenging to be able to communicate with care via messages

There's nothing more Dr. Roberts could have done - I trust him implicitly and feel truly respected and heard.

Dr Roberts and all staff that I interacted with at the Stone and Main Primary Care office on this visit are a 10 out of 10. I feel very lucky that this Dr Robert is my PCP and that he is at this pristine facility and convenient location.

Have manual b/p culfs on hand for some patients because the b/p machines squeeze some pts. arm too hard and can give an inaccurate reading on the blood pressure.

This office and staff are the best!!

I received a vaccination on the spot that I had not anticipated getting. The doctor said it was needed and said that we should go ahead and do it that day. Caught a little off guard but trusting the doctor, I went ahead and said yes. I ended up having some pretty rough side effects for 2 days. Additionally, hindsight after doing some of my own research, I wish the doctor had been a little more relaxed with the suggesting I need it that day. As it could have waited. I wish he had given pros and cons for waiting and letting me give a decision that felt like I was in control of. Additionally, I wish the side effects would have been talked about during the conversation.

Nothing?? I have been with Dr Roberts's for bout 4 years and I am always happy.

Hire friendlier staff for front office. She was not very friendly. Just sent me back to the lab but did not communicate anything to the lab that I was here by going back there with me to show me where to go and to speak with the lab person to let them know I was here. I sat down in the chair outside of the lab and waited thinking the lab person knew I was there. Finally the lab person saw me and acted very surprised that I was there. She did wait on me and was very nice even though she was about to close. When I came back out front I told the girl at the front desk that the lab person didn't know I was there and she snapped at me and said rudely that "I told her" but that isn't true the lab girl knew nothing. I sat back down and she said nothing else. I feel like she should have said she was sorry about the con fusion with the lab and atleast tried to make small talk for a few minutes as I was the only one in there. Hire people who want to work and work around other people and who are friendly. It helps put people at ease. Going to the doctor can be an anxious experience and the number one priority should be trying to make the customer feel at ease.

Clone Dr. Roberts as we need more like him.

Absolutely nothing. Dr. Roberts and his staff are amazing. I'm comfortable with him, and I don't feel ashamed or embarrassed to talk to him about anything. He truly is the most amazing doctor I have ever had.
