Dr spoke very softly and minimally and was difficult to hear. I could not hear him when he spoke to nurse. He did not answer my questions re cause results, or treatment except to say something like would have to wait and see.

I have no question that Dr. V is a very good doctor but sadly he talks so very low that I have never been able to have a complete conversation with him. It's embarrassing to have to ask him to speak louder.

My appointments are every 10 weeks and have been for years. My scheduler is awesome and tries her best to get me in but if she has to double book she has to get permission from another lady who debates me on 10 weeks versus 12. It becomes the same dance every time. It would be better if your routine appointments were scheduled in advance. Or, you use to give me the next appointment at check in but for whatever reason this stopped. Please change this for routine, long time, patients.

Team could be more responsive to My Chart messages. My last message did not get a response for 3 weeks, unacceptable. Also, it took almost 30 minutes of hunting to find parking! This needs to be addressed quickly. I does not good to have appointment when you cannot park!

All of the staff at Prisma Health Neurology are wonderful. I consider them to be my friends, since I have known most of them for several years now. Dr. Venkatesh is especially nice, and I always enjoy seeing and talking to him during my treatment.
