The nurse or rooming tech indicated that she was new to helping out Dr Gersh. The nurse/rooming person never used my correct name. I have double 1st name but she only used one part of it. That is very discouraging and impacts my ability to trust that person with my care.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Gersh and apparently some of the symptoms that I was having was, you know, could have been COVID related symptoms. And I was sent a message in my chart stating that I needed to come in through the back. Well, I didn't see that message until I had already. Actually, I didn't see the message at all. I came in and checked in the front. And then I received while I was sitting in the lobby, received a message or I received a phone call from the nurse asking, you know, where I was or whatever. And anyway, again, I didn't see the message that said I was supposed to come in through the back with a mask. And she acted like she was super agitated with me because I came in through the front, made a snarky little comment, a comment about me keeping the mask on because she didn't want to catch anything. There was too much going around. I had already stated that I had taken a COVID test the night before.

Dr Gersh is great, I appreciate her knowledge and insight.
