N/A - Doctor P and staff are awesome!

Doc and nurse assistant were super professional and nice. The two ladies sitting at the front check in desk were completely checked out ! No smiles, forced communications, both looked like they wanted to be anywhere else but there.

I would appreciate a walking smile and some eye contact from the staff at the front desk. One girl spent the entire time talking on the phone and the other girl barely spoke to me and never looked at me - no eye contact.

Dr. Petruso and his staff are very, very intelligent, very nice, very understanding, and I don't see any way I can ask for improvement.

I can't think of anything more they could have done. The doctor was very professional. He actually listened to me and he made me feel very comfortable with my treatment. I was pretty impressed and I feel very confident in the service that I was provided.

Yes, I love Dr. Petruso. Great, outstanding doctor. Highly recommend him to anyone. I'm blessed to be able to be a patient of his. The only thing that I would wish they would have is an x-ray machine. Other than that, they have a great pharmacy, great doctors there. And again, I'm blessed to be a part of their practice and look forward to being a patient for many, many years to come. And maybe in the near future, they could possibly get an x-ray machine. Dr Petruso is phenomenal and very informative. The only suggestion I could make to Prisma is to not allow these Drs to be overwhelmed and overbooked. My appointment was at 945 and I did arrive early but I wasn't able to see the doctor until 1015. And I'm sure that is a result of Prismas requirements of being overbooked.

Receptionist could have listened a little closer when I was trying to explain to her a I didn't quite understand some instructions she just handed to me concerning my appointment.

Dr Petruso was personable, professional and attentive. Both he and staff were truly amazing. My only complaint had nothing to do with staff. I am a new patient and waited three months to get an appt. I definitely would like to have been seen sooner

Everything was fine except the receptionist. She either needs to have a bed to sleep in up front or to sit up straight in her chair and act like she's awake on the job. She's very, she is not professional at all on her job. Thank you.

I thought that Dr PETRUSO did a great job! There are two front desk employees who always seem to be in a bad mood (consistently when I come to the clinic). I'm surprised they still work there to be honest, but how little effort and courtesy they show to anyone checking in and out. They seem to not care about their role as the face and voice of the clinic.

Dr. Petruso is the best primary care provider/physician I have ever had and that's not an exaggeration! He's the first physician who actually cares about my health and it shows. He sends me personal messages helping me understand test results and urges me to message him with updates on meds, BP, and anything else I'm concerned about. I will never go to a different doctor. Prisma should be thankful to have this man on staff. His professionalism is beyond measure. Thank you for this opportunity to express my appreciation!!!

I am waiting for the doctor's explanation of tests completed on MyChart and feedback on course of actions needed or suggestions moving forward to improve my energy and health.

When trying to make an appointment online twice, I never got a reply. I did get an appointment after I called.

Nothing at all the staff was as great as my doctor

I did not yet get a notification about how to access my records through My Health website

Be aware that I have a problem with trusting people, because I have been a victim.

The receptionist was on the phone and left me standing for several minutes before she addressed my presence.

This provider and staff are top notch!!! Awesome group of professionals and great people to work with. I actually look forward to going to this provider due to everyone at this facility treats you like they are your friends and I too consider them my friends.

Website registration is a mess. Needed 2 codes but had to wait for them so gave up
