None it was a great visit, all concerns and questions were answered.

I was quite very satisfied with my provider and his staff to provide me with the utmost trust and respect. This is an awesome practice and I fill very privileged to be taken care of by these wonderful people!!

Clean, quick and courteous service ?

When entering the facility, the front desk receptionists do not alway look up from what they are doing to greet you, it is sometimes hard to know which person to go to. I believe the partitions on the desk do not help with this issue either.

Dr. Ross listens and responds in detail to my many comments and questions about my health. I always leave my appointments with him with a very specific plan for next steps. I have a very high level of confidence in the care he provides to me.

Well, I cannot find anything to help improve the treatment that I received. Dr. Ross is a real nice man, a fine, incredible fella. He's very honest and he cares about his patients. He always spends more time with you than you think he should, but he's a very caring doctor, family man, and I think the hospital system is very fortunate to have him representing their facility. I was very impressed with my visit. This was my first visit and therefore my records were not at this office until I arrived for my visit. Receptionist was obviously preoccupied with a personal matter, not pleasant! On the other hand, Dr. Ross was very personable and knew his stuff. I consider him to be my personal physician and have a lot of respect for his abilities. I will refer him to my friends for sure. Thank you!

I would like it if my 3.month follow up appointment is scheduled right after I leave my next appointment. Sometimes, I forget to schedule it and it makes it challenging to get my medications
