The nurse was a very tentative to all the knees I need. She was very pleasant. She also seemed very witty through a job very pleased.

After my visit, I noticed my husbands face drooping, I went in and ask if his Dr was in, he wasn't . I explained to her the problem and she ask me to wait a second, she went back and got a nurse to look at him. The nurse went out to our car and did some tests and advised us to get him to hospital or she would call EMS. I took him because we were close to Hillcrest Hospital. I haven't had a chance to thank them but they both went above and beyond! I didn't get their names either. So thankful for them. It wasn't a stroke but it was Bells Palsy!!! I will be sending them something for excellent service!!

This provider was excellent. However an incorrect statement was placed in my records by a previous provider and I would like it to be corrected or amended.

Another member of staff came up to the receptionist, started talking to her, while she was helping me. I was kept waiting while they were talking which I find unprofessional and rude. No one considered apologizing to me for the interruption.
