I think you all are just perfect. I am a former healthcare administrator and I would give anything if our clinic was run as smoothly as the one that I go to and had fabulous physicians and nurses like Dr. Byrd does. And I thought it's great. I can't think of any improvement at this point.

Offer me coffee! Just kidding, everything was perfect!

I am thrilled with the care Dr. Byrd provides for us. I am a very thorough person and have a thousand questions and I have never felt rushed at an appointment. He takes time not just to treat my child byt to reassure me as a parent and ease my anxiety brought up by my kids condition. I feel incredibly lucky to have chosen him as my kids pediatrician.

I was very sick and couldn't get an appointment sooner going through the receptionist. My provider advised me to message him next time instead of going through the front desk. Good to know.

Dr. Byrd is not only knowledgeable, but he cares very deeply. He's helped me improve my health care from a diabetic state to a non-diabetic state, and he's done it through constantly giving me the right treatment and urging me to be committed to get better. He's very much appreciated, not only as a doctor, but also as a friend and a partner in my health process. Thank you.

Dr. Byrd took the time to explain a lot of what's going on with my health and worked with me on a plan of action.

I appreciate the doctor trying to educate and explain about vaccines but he knew from previous visit with my youngest that we do not wish to do vaccines at this time. I had to sit through the whole lecture again with my oldest, I have a medical background and my mother is a DNP so I am educated on vaccines. I didn't like feeling pressured to explain why I chose not to do vaccines for my children. It's my choice I shouldn't have to explain more than that. I felt like the exam wasn't focused on other concerns I had brought forth and mostly focused on pushing vaccines.

Dr Byrd has been my primary care physician for several years. I have the greatest respect for him. Glad he is my physician Doctor.

Dr. Byrd and his staff are excellent providers. They all know what to do and how to do it. Not much to improve on.

It is extremely difficult to get somebody on the phone to try to ask a question, or to make an appointment. I'd say 5 out of the 6 times I try to call, nobody answers, and I get a Cisco automated voice recording. So I don't know if another staff member would help, but it's extremely frustrating when nobody answers the phone.

Been a little more on time

Nothing. Dr Byrd is wonderful and has always listened to our concerns and addressed each one. His new medical assistant ( sorry didn't catch her name) was very polite and explained everything she was going to do to my child which was great. She also acknowledged that we did the e-check in.
