Very good care!

The nurse did not seem as experienced as she needed to be as the cuff had the sensor on the back of my arm instead of on the brachial artery. I explained to her how that would change the blood pressure and when she retook it, it showed the correct blood pressure instead of a higher reading.

The visit was top notch!

I waited almost an hour and a half in the exam room before the Dr saw me. I was then given a prescription for something that I didn't feel will actually help me. Seemed like a waste of time for me to come in.

My visit did not indicate any support or improvements. I was highly satisfied with my visit. The staff was pleasant and very professional. Bethany Simpson is professional, knowledgeable, and most important, she is caring.

Maybe talk quieter in the hallway. I listened to my entire medical history being discussed before the providers entered the room. If I heard it I know others in the rooms even closer heard it.

I am currently satisfied with my care here and like my doctor and am comfortable seeing her.

I did not observe anything that needed to be improved in the office where I visited Bethany Simpson. She interacted with me very well. She let me be a part of my care, asking me questions, getting my thoughts on things. People at the front desk were just awesome. Phlebotomy was awesome. In fact, I had a very satisfying and awesome visit at that family practice.

I can not think of anything else that could have been done better. Dr Simpson has saved my life. She did not stop until she found out what had my stomache hurting for months. After MRI, Cat scans and exrays did not show what the problem was she kept testing until she found the problem. So grateful an excellent doctor at Prisma Health.

I was a new patient and the provideder looked back years into my chart to find very important information that my previous provider failed to inform me of. I had multiple concerns and she addressed them all for me and offered me multiple references to other specialists that I needed to see. It is a long drive from where I am but I'm willing to do it just because of the thourghoughness and kindness this specific provider showed me.

Please give Bethany Simpson a raise. There are several other locations closer to me, but it is worth the drive to see Bethany because of her knowledge, professionalism, bedside manner, and she truly understands and listens to me. That is so very important to me. Bethany is absolutely top-notch. Please give her a raise and or promotion.

The new set up is working the customer is seen properly as they arrive I like that

Nothing. I was amazed that the team operated so efficiently without any electricity (it had gone out during my visit). They were prepared for how to move ahead and meet patient needs. They never missed a beat. So impressive!

I enjoy this office greatly. Staff is always atentive, knowledgeable, kind, as well as respectful. Dr. Bethany Simpson definitely is warn and cares about the patient. Appreciate her and her services. Easy to communicate with, inviting. Thank you for your services.
