The nurse was busy and was not very warm or friendly. Just business and made a remark that they had another patient to see so it was very quick and no nonsense. Maybe another nurse is needed to help share some of the load

This is nothing against the Dr as she apologized for the blood sugar machine not working. It would have been nice to have a courtesy call to advise the machine eas down as we drive over an hour and the reason for the visit was to followup on my daughter's A1C.

I can't think of anything the staff, nurses or Doctor could have different. Everything was great I felt heard and respected as well that my 16 year felt respected and was put at ease with some of the concerns he had. I have total trust in our provider

The waiting room could have actually had seats that weren't all torn up and mismatched, and it just looked like a hot mess. And the room that I got brought to was very hot. I had to leave the door open to get cool air from the hallway.
