The nurse we see each time seems kind, but is not very open. She doesn't engage my very shy and nervous child or explain what's going to happen. Rather than handing out commands, it would be helpful to have her say hello, introduce herself, engage in polite, child-centered conversation and explain what she's doing to the patient and why. This has occured at each of our 4 visits. The wait time once we are in the patient room is also very long. We usually aren't seen until 30 minutes after our appointment. The front desk staff are beyond excellent each and every time and are sure to engage my child and put them at ease.

Nothing. Dr. Knight and the nurses in the practice are wonderful- they're friendly and very respectful. I greatly appreciate that.

everything was great. I love the chalkboard with all the empowering words on it about the kids when you walk in Dr. Knight is wonderful. She is so attentive and just makes our daughter feel valued and heard.

Nothing to improve. My entire visit for my autistic son was courteous, knowledgeable, and a warm friendly comfortable environment.
