So, it's great. I love them. They're great.

Response is slow on my chart. It takes days to get answers or prescriptions sent in. Most everyone that works there wants to rush through the visit and seems to have an unfriendly and uncaring attitude. That has been the case for years. I was given one days notice when my provider left the practice and had to go months without a daily medication that is vital for my mental health. When my doctors retired in the past, I was mailed letters and sent emails notifying me months in advance. The whole practice has always seemed disorganized and full of disgruntled employees.

No improvement needed!
