Mountain Lakes is a great practice and all employees are friendly and courteous.

I think that Prisma Health is wonderful. Everybody in the front office there in the reception office, they are great, each one of them. And Dr. Saunders is a wonderful doctor. He'll listen to you and he understands and he'll talk to you about it. And the nurse, she was great. I've never seen one like her. She's just wonderful. Ask the right questions and getting it in the computer and it ?

I don't think I could have been treated any better at a doctor's office from the time I got there and it was an emergency for me. I didn't have an appointment up front, but when I went anyhow, they had an open slot and they put me in. And I just couldn't be more pleased with the service I got and with the doctor's office and the nurses, all of them. You have a great staff at that doctor's office. Thank you.

I can say he's one of the best doctors I have been to. He's very kind. All the people that work for him are very nice and helpful. And I just love going there. And he tells me exactly what's wrong. Any questions I ask, they give me their answer. So I couldn't ask for a better place to go. And anybody that I can, I'll tell them to go to them. Of course, it would take a week after and then you can't for all of these steps.

I can think of no changes. My visit was great.

Dr. SAUNDERS has still not located a muerologist to treat my MS. This has been ongoing for a year and a half. To that end I have had no treatment for my MS. When I expressed my concerns about this he was very nonchalant. I also expressed concern about my weight gain and needed something to help with that. Its very difficult to carry around and extra 10 lbs when you have difficulty with mobility . He doesn't seem to care anymore. I was in his office for annual well check. The nurses did their part. All he did was listen to my heart and lungs. Totally unacceptable for a long time patient with MS.

Dr Saunders has always been so supportive and thoughtful. I would recommend him for any one looking for a new gp

I always receive all the support I feel is needed at my visits with Dr. Saunders. I have been his patient for 7 years, I would not go to any one else. That tells you how much I trust his decisions. If he is not sure he can help me with a treatment he will send me to a specialist.
